7/8 static seeking a DRG/SAM/MNK or Omega Savage, Unending Coil, and beyond!

Hey! We're an existing static on Leviathan, and we are currently looking for a DRG, SAM, or MNK to round out our roster for Omega Savage and messing around in Unending Coil when it releases. Any of those three jobs (or a combination of them if you play more than one) is fine, but our BRD will love you forever if you're a DRG.

Our aim is to have fun while clearing the content. We don't aim specifically for high DPS parses or speedkills. While we're not exceptional players, we are competent and are looking for someone who falls roughly in line with our goals, skill levels, and atmosphere.

Our times are:

• Tuesday - 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM (PST) / 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM (EST)
• Wednesday - 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (PST) / 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM (EST)
• Saturday - 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (PST) / 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM (EST)

(But once we've got a tier on farm, we knock down the days and are more flexible about what day we do clears. Similarly, if we're close to a clear, we may add or reschedule days on rare occasion to facilitate pushing that last bit.)

The things we require from our static members are:

• A positive attitude, patience, and good team play. This is the most important thing! We're looking for someone chill and fun to play with, both inside of raid and out. If you can tolerate memes and verbal shitposting, that's even better.
• Reliability (tell someone ahead of time if you can't make it to a raid session or will be late) and preparedness (have supplies prepared and study up on the mechs beforehand).
• An understanding of your job and role, the desire to improve those skills, and the ability to take constructive criticism.
• Access to Discord voice chat. Everyone is required to log on at least to listen during raids. A microphone is encouraged but not required.
• A love of FF14 for more than just raiding! We're looking for someone who's in it for the long haul, and I find that raid loggers don't really jive with us the way we want. We're the type of group who does content together outside of raiding, and we'd love to find someone else who feels the same way.

Things that are not required:

• Joining our FC. We are 7/8 in the same FC and a close-knit bunch, but I don't intend to uproot someone who is happy with their FC for the sake of raid, so please don't let that intimidate you.
• Omega Savage clear experience, though it is a huge plus, as we've cleared through O4S. I'm more than happy to accept someone who hasn't yet learned or cleared fights if they gel with us personality-wise. Being a fast learner helps your case, too!
• FFlogs, though they are also a plus, at least so I can get an idea of where you stand. I won't refuse someone for not having them, however.

(This may look long and specific and overly detailed, but I promise that we are a relaxed group! I just put a lot of emphasis on organization and communication.)
