none probably, they literally stopped caring about job lore. Otherwise they'd have gone back and changed all the 30-60 astrologian quests during shb. (Royal road, whats that? oh wait, deleted)
I would assume that regardless of location, astronomers the world over would have noted the descent of Dalamud, and most probably felt fortunate that the second moon hitting the planet or disappearing for them overnight, didn't kill the planet.
In the MSQ, Hien tells us of an ancient writing that describes Dalamud and Azys Lla being lifted into the air by the Allagans. We know the Allagans had their hands in a lot of different pies the world over, as evidenced by their lore relating to Meracydia and the Far East. There's that entire organization that works in tandem with The Confederacy to maintain Heaven on High. They likely took note of Dalamud, but there wasn't a whole lot for them to do about it.
But anyway, even if it's only through implication, the fact that Hien knows of Dalamud means that people outside of Eorzea are aware that it was both raised by man and fell.

"I thought that my invincible power would hold the world captive, leaving me in a freedom undisturbed. Thus night and day I worked at the chain with huge fires and cruel hard strokes. When at last the work was done and the links were complete and unbreakable, I found that it held me in its grip." - Rabindranath Tagore
They did change those bits of script. Clumsily, but they did. Leveva tells you that Jannequinard will explain the Royal Road concept to you - that much was in the original, IIRC - but now he just fluffs around and says he can't remember lessons from over a decade ago. Which is totally in character, if not particularly helpful that we never followed it up.
I'll be interested to see if they just do similar patching-over or go to a bit more effort with the script. Probably not, but maybe.
THey'll go back and update the dialog I'm sure, but they likely won't actually change how anything played out.
