Hello,
I've never experienced any server lag since playing this game until patch 4.06. I play on Excalibur and have been experiencing horrible rubberbanding. I've hopped on a different server within the same data center and didn't experience any latency issues. I live in California and I notice within the tracing route that the ping shoots up when it goes to the servers from Square Enix HQ at El Segundo.
I experience no latency issues with web browsing, streaming or playing any other games. Speed tests show consistently high up/dl speeds with low ping <25.

I'm also getting massive connection issues. Mine have started more recently but are considerably bad, getting 90k'ed while changing zones, huge lag while doing any activities even sitting alone in my house I will get lag. Every other MMO i play has no issues that I've noticed. Not sure what is going on.

I thought I was the only one. I started getting this server lag around 8:00 p.m yesterday. I did multiple speed tests and all show high upload and download speed with ping being 13. I also experience no latency while browsing or playing other games.

Yeah, me too. Ever since patch 4.06a. I'm tired of it and even more so tired of commenting on it.
My route to the primal data center(Ignore hop #2s, it's normal):
I've never monitored before patch 4.06a because I obviously had no reason to, everything was fine before that patch. So I don't know if my route changed or if that 20~30% packet loss is normal(probably isn't normal) on the New York and Seattle nodes #6,#7,#8.
What I have noticed since 4.1 though is that SE lobby server is now getting 3~5% packet loss. This is not even at peak time. This was taken at 14:30 PM GMT, which is a pretty quiet time in game for me.

I'm not having extreme lag as much as I've been getting intermittent lag spikes. I'll be moving along in a dungeon, everyone will freeze, then fly past a second later. It happens at random times of the day, and has only started since 4.1 launched.

I am still also having the same issue. Usually the connection problems start around 5-6pm Local time (Living in southern california). Would really like any acknowledgement or communication at all.

Still having the same issue and it's ONLY on Excalibur from my observation. Really bad rubberbanding here and there and just consistant lag while it's nonexistent on Ultros (same data center).

This is not on our end, as it appears from every tracert and ping done by myself, and others in my FC show the packet loss and lag are hitting right at the NTT servers. If I remember correctly, this is the ISP backbone for SE, so there is literally nothing we can do, but post that there's an issue.
