A way to toggle the big speech bubble?

Is there a way to disable or toggle the big speech bubble in the top center of the screen? We have the dialog in the chat log anyways and it really clutters my screen, making it hard to see what's going on. It's also in a position where it covers important things and makes me adjust and turn the camera losing focus of what I was doing.
The screenie only shows a small to medium sized bubble, but when there's a really big one, it makes things difficult to see. Tried to reduce the size of it too to no avail.

Play in a higher resolution, it'll take up less screen real estate.
But you should note that usually things in that are fairly important advice on how to actually do what you need to do. I remember people disregarding it during Steps of Faith back in the day and not understanding how anything works lol
