will combos stand the test of time?

If you look at the screenshot, you will clearly see that there are 6 bars.
Active bar has a yellow dot, and the 5 inactive are just dots.
So... we'll have twice and many slots when 2.0 happens.

But is it really helping anything? having to constantly cycle through bars? it might be just me, but i think more slots per bar would help so much more, but again i can see how that can be a disadvantage too, maybe its just preference.
