The reason they say to contact SE is because UP and C&B won't take the blame if anything is wrong, kind of like Paypal told me to contact Ebay when they were the ones messing up. If you're doing it during the maintenence, there's your problem, otherwise it's not exactly SE's fault if Ultimate Pay doesn't work for you because SE doesn't own it, Playspan does to my knowledge.
As enlightening as this may be. I don't care whos fault is this. I'm asking for a direct payment to SE or other more friendly method of payment.
