Feint is basically the melee version of addle, why is addle getting a recast reduction while feint stays the same?

Either it's deliberate to make casters look like more appealing or the new encounters will have much more frequents magical spike dmg abuse
Going to say something about the larger portion of the player base actually using Raid Finder to PUG clears in savage, and how that requires a caster, a ranged physical, 1 melee and 1 "other." Most raid-wide hitting skills are magical. Probably to do something about making it slightly easier to compensate for having only 1 addle. There's usually more party- damage magical attacks going out than physical ones.
Casters are not that popular atm for speedkills/parse runs right now. They are not particularly necessary for any of the raid content either. They are seen as underplayed and as such received a buff. That's it really.
I'd guess it has to do with more dangerous magic attacks rather than physical.
Only physical AoEs I can think of off the top of my head in this raid tier are Double Attack and Earthshakers (both Neo Exdeath); just about every other raid AoE is magic (heck, there is no physical damage in O2/S at all). As for tank busters, the only physical ones are Critical Hit, and Earthshakers and Double Attack (going back to Susano his tank buster is also physical)
The majority of physical damage is from auto attacks and mini-busters (like Wyrm Tail in O1/S), which generally aren't considered dangerous enough to get the melee to think about using Feign (if you can get any PUG to even take the skill).
