The supreme caster right now on FF logs is Blm. By about 130 dps adding radiant shield/contagion. Until we see how the ruin 3 nerfs, and devotion change Smn. My guess? The ruin 3's lower potency will roughly even it out.

We'll see. BLM only overtakes SMN at the top 1% though in personal dps. From 50-99% SMN is ahead of BLM. I will say that if there is a fight with minimal movement and the BLM is able to turret the whole time and perhaps gets lucky with procs it'd win out.

I do think saying BLM outdamages SMN is similar to saying SAM outdamages NIN, and while that may be true from a personal standpoint trick attack puts NIN ahead typically, considering all skill levels are equal.
