Does this make Tri-Bind useful again? I'm not a "great" SMN but I try, and I don't think I've ever used it in anger.

The change to Devotion + the reduction in cast times and MP for summoning - hmmm... more party utility.

Giving R3 and R4 no cast time - sounds good to me; won't be losing the occasional shot due to having to flee AoE.
