...Then when people want to hunt in ARR zones, they will have a great deal more work to do for equal or fewer rewards. That seems to me like the wrong way to implement this. You shouldn't be interested in scaring players away from traveling the old zones via forcing a unique inconvenience upon them, that is stuff that helps keep the world more lively.
As a QoL improvement, please reduce the potential spawn points of all hunts that exist in A Realm Reborn zones. They take way too long to scour to find a random mob. The expansion zones have much fewer spawn locations making it easier to search, plus you can go so much faster with flight. It makes no sense to make old content so much more difficult to perform hunts in. Perhaps this number could reduced to a smaller extent by adding a 2nd elite hunt mark per zone and splitting the spawn points by region like what was done in the expansions.
