    Sorry if this is obvious, but how does the housing storage room work?

    One storage per "housing" or per character? If it's per housing, can I go into someone else's storage and add/remove items?

    Per housing. I assume you simply need permission to access the storage.

    it's the same permissions as adding/removing furniture. any tenant/FC rank that's trusted to remove furniture can put stuff into storage.
