Petition for more wards / instanced housing

Been a while since I've seen a signatory thread. More wards will help quite a lot, and I cannot for one second believe that 12 can't be readily expanded to 48 or even 96. That wouldn't solve the housing anomaly, but it'd certainly make things a lot more palatable.

If you're going to lock content behind housing and fc housing (i.e. Airships) then it had better be accessible to all and not limited to the lucky few. We all pay subscription; the content should not be withheld as such.
Greed breaks communities and turns mmos into such a toxic experience that no small amount would rather leave than try to slough through.

There NEEDS to be enough housing so everybody can enjoy this feature of the game and not just several people and their alts! This whole housing situation is ridiculous and needs fixed ASAP!!

Signed, I'm annoyed that SE is still grasping so strongly to the broken neighborhood system. I don't know ONE person who actually has a house in an active ward.

/signed. I am just tired of SE and some fanboys ignoring obvious issues.. Quality of life content IS important content.

We need a few things here.
- More ward for sure.
- We need restrictions on housing in the way that prevents people from having more than 1 per server(at least for the time being).

- Adjustments to the interiors of apartments or personal rooms to allow us to have different housing interiors inside. Help reduce some demand since not everyone cares about the exterior... At this point I'd be happy to have a private chambers with the size of a medium house, the current apartments do nothing to help.

-Countermeasures against resale for massive amounts like randomized plot timers before a plot can be bought again... make it far more risky for the buyer many will be less tempted to try. Punish both parties.

So many things they can do to help combat the situation. What we need is for them to respond. This issue wont go away.

I rarely see people in the wards interact with each other.
