change it, delete it, something, it is even in the comments how much it annoys people. To me it is a too high pitched wind rushing sound and really triggers me (hard to explain, but it has to do with sound sensitivity)

I am editing this after showing it to a friend and I quote " god ???? that voice"

Or can we have options to block this out ? (because I have to hear it from other players) I need sound to help me tell what is going on in game and having this noise play makes things hard

I probably couldn't handle playing 5 minutes with...that. Good lord. I'd delete my character and reroll. If I were to ever go Miqo'te, I wouldn't choose that voice.

I agree, the voice of bad and I absolutely hate it, but (for some reason) some people like it so changing / deleting will upset them. While it's not exactly what you're looking for, as I'm sure it will be extremely difficult to allow people to block certain voices, you can turn down / turn off combat voices. If you're grouped with someone using that voice you can take a few seconds to turn it off, or just leave it off since most combat voices get annoying after awhile anyway.

I do not think people like the combat sound, I asked a few, I was told they picked it for the laugh or something, that is what they like, not this wind noise, it is not even a combat voice

I'm not a particular fan of that voice myself, but it's a bit presumptuous of you to assume that no one likes that voice, out of the millions who play this game around the world.

I absolutely wish we could mute individual player's voices BECAUSE of that particular voice. It's insanely ear buffeting.

At the very least have the game mute blacklisted players.

For every person it annoys there's another who isn't bothered by it. It's not a perfect fix but as others have said, adjust the sounds of other players in combat if it's as debilitating as you say

Oh yeah, to remove it wouldn't be a good idea or solution. Adjusting combat sounds would let people enjoy what they want and give those who want a little more quiet to have an option as well. That said, I don't think they should make this any sort of priority. There's plenty more they should, or need to be working on.

Oh I totally agree with more options, that's only a band-aid suggestion and not a true solution I'll admit. I myself turned down player combat voices years ago so it's minimal without being muted. I keep combat sound effects higher though since that's where most of the immersion is to me.
