Feedback didn't seem the right place to put this, or bug report, so I'm not sure where, but can we please implement a feature in the duty finder so you will NOT be matched with people in your blacklist?

Going through a duty with a troll who only attempts to cause issues with the group and upset people, blacklisting them, and then ending up in another group with the SAME troll (or even the same GROUP of trolls) just a few minutes later is getting to be very tedious.
