    I am having trouble finding this unspoiled node is there a specific requirement? my gather is 1179 and perception 1153.

    Hallowed Basil. Your perception is too low for HQ but it should not affect your ability to find it. I have gathered it and I have a comparable perception rating.

    I was using Garland tools and am in the spot where it should appear when it should (the ET 6am /6pm) but the node does not show up I have all the folklore books and can gather the 70 2 star nodes

    I don't mean to sound rude but were you within the two hour window for the node? Was your clock set to local time instead of Eorzea Time? Did you forget to activate Truth of the Forest?

    Also, your stats will not stop the node from appearing, they will only stop you from being able to gather a specific item.

    Yes I was within the window. Yes my clock was set right. Oops forgot Truth... guess it has been a long day and forgot the most basic thing I feel silly now
