    Tank HP recover Skills

    Does anyone have the % base for how much HP Soul Eater and Inner Beast recover from the damage? I noticed that while I was leveling up DRK that Soul Eater was recovering 100% HP until about 66-67. Now i'm not sure how much i'm getting back.
    This is mostly for my curious mind to know, not really any other reason.

    From what a lot of people have reported, both of those skills have 100% lifesteal until you hit an arbitrary level where it drops to ~87%. Why on earth they ever bothered to do this is a complete mystery, though.

    Just another way to nerf WAR/DRK because they'd be super OP obviously otherwise.

    From what I gather, they dropped all those skills the same time they added tenacity Idea being, tenacity will bring them back up naturally. Why not just leave it at 100 and then let tenacity kick in? Who knows. Some arbitrary balance thing a dev thought up.
