Traveling in japan at the moment is a mess, so keeping people in tokyo is a good way to keep them safe.I might get crap for saying this, but if they have members on their team whose family are stuck in danger zones, they should probably give them some room to deal with that before worrying about our patches. It isn't healthy to just be stuck and not move on and allow yourself to recover from something so traumatic, but it's also not going to help pushing yourself back into work when you have family still in potential danger.
Working is also a good way not to think too much about the situation, and not to fall prey to depression.
