Tragic events aside the dev team do need to push themselves to the utter most limits to provide good contents and not do another "Mini-Quest" type introduction with Companies. But due to the events I think its safe to say they shouldnt be working much until April + Onwards, I mean who can really? If your family/friends are in such a bad zone you just cant think straight.

Working can be therapeutic!

I didn't mean that they should exhaust themselves to the point they can't function anymore, but they can't become paralyzed by the events either and cease working as efficiently as possible.

People react to things differently. Some might need time, some might need to work to get their minds off things. I'm not surprised they are moving forward as best they can.

He doesn't speak this good English. German and French translators flew away from Japan however, so they only had to translate once!

Not even sure why French and German translators need to be in Tokyo. You can send them the material to translate faster by internets than you can to walk to their department and hand it to them.
