    I think the whole job has only gone memetic recently compared to Shake it Off (which had jokes around when at least as far back as Savage being released). In reality, loads of classes have little used or useless abilities, and the DRK's own Sole Survivor is basically in the same tier of uselessness as Shake it Off, but Shake it Off got the emphasis and then got the change.
