Road to 60 buff

So I'm considering to making an alt on the server though I was wondering if the buff counts in PotD, and to crafters, and gatherers?

Counts for crafters and gatherers at least. Don't know for PotD.

Any experience awarded when you transition out of an instance is given a 100% addition. As long as you have that star at the top of the screen you will get it.

I made a character on there to help a twitch streamer out. It's a lot of fun leveling there. Even combat leve's are valid content with that buff.

The buff applies to anything under level 60, even if you have already leveled a job to 60+. As soon as you switch to a class/job or profession that's below level 60 you'll gain the buff back.
