With the fact that you can choose the frontlines indivually, if you choose roulette while everyone does indivual ques, you're gonna get shatter.

This doesn't alter the fact that it's still what you're asking for; a single queue containing all the maps. What you seem to be asking for is to take away the ability to queue individual maps - which is an iffy idea, taking away control from the player. They need to add an incentive to run other maps.
