Why do you need a roulette to break the monotony? You already have choice, don't choose the same content, pick something different, you have over a dozens of dungeons/trials/raids that give light and aetheric condensation.

That just isn't efficient. 2 and half minute A1S gves the same light as 25 minute HW dungeon, guess what people will spam more no matter how dull it is. HW raids are dead. Frontlines matches are too long. Maps and FATEs give like 1-2 points and not worth it. A9S is superior option but it's hard to find a group, and it needs specific composition (2 tanks and preferably 2 healers).
That effectively leaves only A1S if you actually want to finish your relic in any reasonable time.
