Item level sync dungeons

Story dungeons require level sync for new/leveling players as they should be.

I'd like go far and say every duty of the game needs have a min and max il range.

Min IL, to let the "lolgeared" (the DoH/DoL accessories, lv1 weapons, anything made for troll or just ignorance of gearing system) do not access things they cannot do, and IL sync to avoid the troubles to deal with people three times more powerful than you. The old content have the unsync feature so everything is fine for it.

False. I'm just stating you know what you were doing when ripping hate off the tank. I'm playing BRD too and when I rip hate off the tank is because I don't care to tank the mob, maybe I'll kill it before even it touches me. But I don't blame the tank as trolls do.
