    Took my phone forever to stop autocorrecting that name.

    GM Culgonsimigast responded vey quickly to my harassment report and was polite, professional, and very clear in their language and on SE policies.

    I was asked to confirm the claims I was reporting against the offending party, asked for times of the last message I received from the offending party, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was asked to confirm names before they began their investigation, reminded that I could always contact a GM for any further concerns or complaints, and was wished a good day. Regardless of how the case turns out, GM Culgonsimigast handled their inquiry and answered my questions very professionally while also remaining friendly and making me feel heard, as I had initially been wary to contact a GM due to stories I've read. Thank you so much, Culgonsimigast!

    I love the GMs here on FF14. They really don’t tolerate toxic or abusive behavior. They make you feel heard and protected. Even make some jokes if you respond with “will you toss me <item>?” when they ask you if there is anything they can do for you. It really adds to the experience. And makes me 100x loyal to this game. The customer service alone is enough for my $15US a month sub.
