ISP: 1&1
Country: Germany
When does it occur: all the time when playing FF14 - occouring since i play again (2 weeks befor the this expansions has hit, "fixed" it by playing melee only)
Frequenzy: every combination of moving shortly befor casting or shortly befor finishing casting
Where it occurs: every occurence of move into cast or cast into move in a timeframe of 0.6 seconds or less
System: PC
Version: PC-Steam version (activated overlay), English version
Server: Mateus (NA datacenter) and Louisoix (EU data center)
Video of it occuring: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xy4vzxEQhk0#t=1m55s
Problem describtion:
The problem can be seen very easly when moving, but only manifests the error 90002 in combat or teleport/return casts.
If I walk with my char as paladin (auto run) and cast Clemency (1.5 sec cast time) it casts it until 1second remaing while moving befor stopping the cast.
If instead i cancel a cast f.e. to dodge a boss mechnic when the castbar is below 0.5 seconds I reliable get the error 90002.
Same goes if I move, stop and start casting (i have to wait 0.5 seconds to start casting so it does not occure). Same for instantly casting after a knochback efect.
Suspecting that Server-Client version of the gamestate missmatch and it is resolved by error 90002 (disconnecting the client)
Additional Info after trying to relog i get error 3201 for ~1min before i can succesfull relog again
System infos:

Troubleshooting so far
- Networking with LAN & WLan - both have the same problem
- EU & NA server have the same problem
- other games produce stable ping/connection (in EU realms ~40ms, US West cost ~140ms) without issues (don't know if naming them is allowed, so I don't)
- deactivating Large Send Offload didn't fix the problem (reset to on)
- IPv4 is prefered so far as connection, but IPv6 optional available (no testing done)
- opened all recommended ports for the game (TCP: 80, 443, 8080, 27014-27050, 552296-55551; UDP: 3478, 4379-4380, 27000-27037, 55296-55551) including the ports for steam
- all drivers (PC-hardware), router and windows are up-to-date
- no active virus scanner
- virus & maleware scan is clear
- data is defragmented
- is set to be allowed in windows firewall
Any help to resolve this issue is highly valued.
Sincerely
