I emailed them asking when they think the time cards will be back in stock and this is the response:

We are hoping to restock these items very soon, before the promo ends. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all items on back order will be restocked. Orders can be cancelled in the pre-order section of your account at any time if you no longer wished to receive this item.

I don't know about you guys... but this response makes me very frustrated. It's like a non-answer to my question, then they tell me I can cancel if I don't want it anymore ><?!
Am I being unreasonable by letting this particular response frustrate me so much?!
