ShopTo Campaign is failure!

I emailed them asking when they think the time cards will be back in stock and this is the response:

We are hoping to restock these items very soon, before the promo ends. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all items on back order will be restocked. Orders can be cancelled in the pre-order section of your account at any time if you no longer wished to receive this item.

I don't know about you guys... but this response makes me very frustrated. It's like a non-answer to my question, then they tell me I can cancel if I don't want it anymore ><?!
Am I being unreasonable by letting this particular response frustrate me so much?!

I got the same answer earlier today when I asked about the codes that I should have qualified for 2 days ago (they took my money, but didn't provide the codes). It's a generic c/p answer they give to everyone. Customer support is likely a bot.

I'm so disappointed. After watching so many other players with the mount and gear I was looking forward and waiting patiently, but now I doubt I will get it. I have practically everything on the list anyways and I don't want to pay over the odds for a time card (with delivery) when I have a direct debit already set up that I don't want to mess around with due to previous problems.
I don't understand why it had to be this site or why the list had to be this restrictive. The site as well is laughing all the way to the bank with the delivery charges too.

ShopTo is so much fail I can't even.... Let me share with you my case. I have pay pal, I have bank account, I can also use paysafecards, but I DO NOT HAVE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS which means I cannot be part of this promotion because this shady store, when you register on it, want's you credit card information without even consideration that you might not have one and if you don't add it then the only option they are giving to you is to logout and go to hell... I wanted those item's so badly, I could buy 60 days digital FFXIV time card and pay with my pay pal but NOPE! ! can't do it because I don't own "a card" which without it I cannot use the store.... I am so /furious at you both SE and ShopTo right now. . .

It also seems like even if they did not require a card assigned to your account, I wouldn't be able to buy Digital 60 days Time card because apparently I also need to buy physical items first... WTF IS THIS UNFRIENDLY GARBAGE ! ? T_T

Yeah this has to be the worst online shop i've ever seen... i didnt even know its existance before the promotion.
I don't want to deal with this mess of a site so i'll never get these items i guess.
