It's a good thing my expectations were already at the very bottom regarding this campaign. I was not (too) disappointed.
Wasnt a good idea to put a promo for all EU with limited choices...


I just saw on ShopTo's twitter that World of Final Fantasy is in stock, I went back to the promo page, it's not there, I search for it on their site, and sure, they have it in stock. Only they pulled it from the promo... So, the only item that they have in stock again, they pulled from the promo. Good job.



I pulled them up on this on Saturday. They actually have third-party sellers through their site, for which this promo doesn't apply. edit: On the plus side, World of Final Fantasy is currently £18 on amazon.co.uk; great price, just a shame no promo items attached.


This sounds more and more like we're dealing with a site like G2A, instead of a legit licenced seller...




I emailed them asking when they think the time cards will be back in stock and this is the response:
We are hoping to restock these items very soon, before the promo ends. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all items on back order will be restocked. Orders can be cancelled in the pre-order section of your account at any time if you no longer wished to receive this item.
I don't know about you guys... but this response makes me very frustrated. It's like a non-answer to my question, then they tell me I can cancel if I don't want it anymore ><?!
Am I being unreasonable by letting this particular response frustrate me so much?!


I got the same answer earlier today when I asked about the codes that I should have qualified for 2 days ago (they took my money, but didn't provide the codes). It's a generic c/p answer they give to everyone. Customer support is likely a bot.



The cancelled preoreder in question was for World of FF lol
