Is Duty Roulette: Frontline Bugged

I wasn't sure if I should post this in the bug report or not, but I've been noticing this for a while, but Duty Roulette: Frontline always puts me in "The Fields of Glory (Shatter)" Frontline. I have never been put into a Borderland or Seal Rock Frontline using the Duty Roulette and was curious if this was intended or not. Before anyone says anything, yes I can select all 3 to manually que for them in the pvp section.

People only run Shatter for some reason, its kind of annoying, I really want to play more Seize and Secure.

I mean, they give the same rewards, hell playing on Seal Rock has achievement gear tied to it, Shatter is fun but I want to do more than it.

I find shatter not as fun. Not many people understand how to play it. So, I find it strange many prefer it.

Unfortunately, the long-standing trend is that people run the latest/newest Frontline mode while the others become somewhat obsolete. In this case, Shatter. With Stormblood, SE updated Secure and Seal Rock so they wouldn't be left behind at 50 and 60 (Slaughter was just removed entirely, sadly), but because Shatter is/was where many first got a taste of Frontlines when they started during the GARO event of 3.5, it's all they know, and all they queue for.

Seal Rock (Seize) was arguably the best Frontlines mode, and Secure, though a bit dated is still pretty fun. Shatter actually plays like a combination of the two, but just isn't as good.
