With Louisoix being a new server and there not being that many new players to FFXIV, there's a familiar story with new and small companies struggling to find enough active players to sustain themselves and slow growth with many members ceasing to play due to boredom or leaving to find more active companies.

After a discussion myself (Mei Lena) and Elara Hojaplateada agreed to set up a brand new social linkshell called Fuzion - the intention to unite small companies together to be able to do group activities without needing to lose their own identity as a company. The linkshell is also open to players who prefer not to be in a company but would still like to be able to group up with other familiar faces for group activities.
