This has happened to me twice today where I had to hard reboot the game on PS4 because it froze with the text box open when trying to switch between tabs. Both times it happened was in a private medium house in the goblet/ward1 on Balmung.

Process is: D pad-->triangle. Then when using L1 or R1 to switch tabs, the whole game freezes.
