Contagion disapear by summoning Bahamut

Hello,

I'd like to understand something.
Why is Contagion disapearing from the boss when I summon Bahamut ?
I think we agree that Contagion became like trick attack right. It's now a debuff that increase damage taken by the target.
So why on earth does it disapear ? Or, does the icon removed but the debuff still active ? It's weird
The debuff isn't for our own profit but also for the party.

Can someone explain me or correct me if I'm wrong ?

The Icon just disapears cause it's a Ruda skill but the effect remains - bad design choice but nothing to worry about ^^

The culprit is actually this being toggled and Garuda as the source actor for the debuff having despawned and no longer existing in the game:



If you Shift F for focus target and there aren't too many debuffs on your target you'll still see the Magic Vuln is present. Toggling the option off you should see it normally on the buff bar with the normal caveat of if there's too much it could be hidden after other things.

However hitting Contagion and summoning Bahamut immediately will put Contagion on cooldown and has a very high risk of not letting the debuff result in the first place - this is a separate issue but one that you can sometimes experience. My solution for that one is delaying the Bahamut summon a fraction.
