Missing chocobo

Since there is a thread, I need to find the fix to this. I made an alt on Goblin and boosted her. I have the company mount, I have 99greens, I have no access to the related quests, not even the red version, and I still cannot summon a companion.

Alright so, the job boost only changes your level and gives you a few pity items to get on with. It doesn't complete the story or give you things.
If you did the story skip, it does skip the MSQ up to a point and does a few unlocks including riding a mount and gives you the GC mount. It does not complete the quest required to summon it out into battle.

When you're done, just use a gysahl green when outside a city location.
