Not quite.

DRK is weaker than both tanks. Its utility is a one person short cd shield and it has a low amount of cds... but war gets a party wide shield with assumedly longer CD and far more reliable cds. So why is war 200 dps stronger than DRK? That is assuming drk doesn't get any potency buffs.

I have more issues with drk but it's dps is honestly my main concern.
