The easiest thing to do is just have minimum a tank role / healer role maxed out that you feel ok playing to farm roulette when the wait time is unexpectedly long or if you just want to farm tomes. May not be what you want but hey works for me.

I'm not sure what this was supposed to address as I didn't say anything about queue times or waiting for dungeons, but regardless, I do have a healer and tank maxed (SCH PLD) and play both. I dont have a problem with having the ability to farm tomes, the problem is that people get sick of doing the same 3 dungeons at least 4-5 times a week (for creation if you only do it with the expert queue bonus up, more if you are farming dungeon gear / verity / doing last minute creation farm).
Well most players handle easy to do things and while I too would love to see more content from a programmers point of view, is best to invest time in newer expansion than lower. Problem is the upcoming squad dungeons might be the solution. Not to mention grinding is a normal for this types of games.I'm not sure what this was supposed to address as I didn't say anything about queue times or waiting for dungeons, but regardless, I do have a healer and tank maxed (SCH PLD) and play both. It is certainly more preferable to get a bunch of new stuff, but when you compare the time it takes to design an entirely new dungeon vs. upping the level / damage numbers on the mobs in a dungeon, it becomes exceptionally time efficient to re-release old stuff. Now, if all we got was re-released content, that would terrible, but that's not what I'm proposing.
With each content release, if we got 1 or 2 of the 61-69 dungeons at 70 as well as maybe 2 of the old, less played 50 (Hard) dungeons, we would get a lot more queue diversity for minimal time and effort input. Furthermore, there is also an extreme lack of 51-59 dungeons getting played. I can't remember the last time I played The Vault, but that was probably my favorite dungeon so far... but since it is leel 57, it never got that much play outside of people who leveled multiple classes through dungeon grind as opposed to other methods.
