Yea it's auto, pretty sure it comes down to what version you brought. but you can check by doing the following steps:
1. Access the MogStation.
2. Navigate to 'Square Enix Account Settings'
3. Click on 'Account infomation' on the drop down menu.
4. Enter your birthdate on the account.
5. Under Country there should be a column that tells you what region your account is in.

Thanks. I was able to check using the steps you said. My account is indeed in EU.Yea it's auto, pretty sure it comes down to what version you brought. but you can check by doing the following steps:

It's been 2 days since I made my purchase and I still didn't get a code. I tried submitting a ticket, but upon pressing send, it redirected me to a error 404 outdated link...
So, we can't even submit a ticket to this ShopTo and yet they can instantly take our money?
This is a scam, not a promo!

I managed to submit a ticket on Friday and got an answer bout 13 hours ago, it wasnt answering my question so i had to submit another ticket. Try again now the site is working a little bit better. It's been 2 days since I made my purchase and I still didn't get a code. And please SE, next time just use the Mogshop.
ShopTo strikes again.
Just received an email telling me that my Preorder is cancelled by Admin as they can no longer obtain the item from suppliers.
Excellent EU Promotional campaign
*Slow hand clap*
**Just also noted that they have deleted a comment I made on their Promotional Page that nothing is available.

Which item was this?
World of Final Fantasy.
They have already removed it from the list of games, meaning that this, Just Cause 3 and Just Cause 3 Gold Edition plus the other game already mentioned aren't included.
I've gone back to a pointless Timecard but don't hold out much hope

Apparently this is only for XBOX and Playstation products no PC according to Shopto? . . . . Genius farmer. . . Genius. Now either Shopto doesn't even know what the campaign details are but either way I am not paying for products that I can not use. Every time the promotion for the EU side gets messed up why cant you just do the event through amazon like you do in the US or even through SE store that way you can do the campaign worldwide the same time?
Next time when you have an NA campaign, please don't exclude EU.
Just have an option at the redemption site asking to generate EU or NA codes.
Or let the code work for both NA and EU to begin with. Just like the art books and plushies.
