Thread: 4.1 - The emptiest patch yet.

For everyone else thank you all for showing this thread so much attention. I am proud of you all for committing so much of your time to discussing the various qualities of the game in this thread and floating it to the top of the page - even eclipsing glamor/bare feet/children ect threads - as it is my belief that the only way that the community and the game will progress forward is the candid discussion of such topics. It is my hope that the two sides of the conversation will be able to find some middle ground that we can all stand on. It doesn't matter how small that middle ground is because there is no clipping in this game (hey, now there's a feature that they should introduce for quest givers so you can actually see them on patch day! *wink wink*).

In the future we could be discussing a patch that is very much like this one, which is why I think it is important to start now instead of later. The fact of the matter is that the game is getting pretty old now - no matter how consistent they are with content if we're just getting the same thing over and over it'll wear the community down to a nub. You can only rub it so much you know?

Seeing that Eureka would not be in this patch you'd think they'd at least let us know what Eureka was intended to be, might have smoothed it over a bit. It's worrying that we've heard absolutely nothing about how Eureka is intended to function.

Even if Eureka was able to be in 3.15, we would not have heard about it until the live letter after this one anyway.

We actually know quite a bit about the new PvP mode they are introducing in 4.15. So far all we know of Eureka is some art work that made it look like the sea of clouds, and that it will be the way we are intended to get our relic weapon. So it could just be fates but who knows.
