Let's take this excuse to its logical extreme.

- SE's own official census placed Machinist dead last at 5% in terms of jobs leveled
- Crafting and gathering is largely considered a niche hobby
- Less than 24% of NA players have access to housing; 23% for EU; 29% for JP. This assumes every single house is owned by someone else (i.e. no alts or FC)
- Creator Savage had approximately 15% clear rates after six months
- EX Primals have below average clears
- Less than half the playerbase has even reached 70

So. How much of the aforementioned should get deleted? If no one plays Machinist, why should the devs "waste resources" improving it? If not even a fourth of the playerbase can own a house, I suppose they should stop bothering with furniture recipes. If crafting only has a niche audience, better allocate those funds elsewhere. All of those would be silly extremes no one would reasonably argue for yet Ultimate comes along and it's "wasting resources!" No. It's content you won't do and that bothers you. I think Perform is a pointless addition but also know plenty who will love it. I'm not here complaining about its inclusion simply because I don't care for it. For once, odd numbered patches has something raiders can experience in lieu of beating their heads against the same four fights we've already cleared weeks or months ago.

Kindly, get over it.
