    Well done. I agree with you. I pay them for a service. As a customer, I have every right to give the supplier of a good or a service feedback on that service. Both good and bad feedback.

    I am fine with the patch myself, really. Still got things to do with the current stuff so this is something I look forward to when I do need a change.
