Not enough tanks queueing for Level 50/60 Dungeons and Roulette

Those tanks already got all 3 tanks job at 70.
OR
they're already got enough poetics to gear up their other jobs.
Then
There is no reason for them to queue 50/60 Roulette at all.

only time you may run it is level 60 tbh, if at 60 you can just queue for normal library, is more still, i think.

that is basically why no one does them, it is a maybe questionable filler to do at level 60 ONLY, once your 61 + its just leveling/ highest @level df
