All of the NPC outfits in the cash shop should be dyeable, from Edda's dress to the Lyse outfit that will be out soon.
It boggles my mind how an outfit I can pay $20 for isn't dyeable but a full 1000gil outfit in game is dyeable.

Was gonna make a separate thread but your reply basically already covers what I was meaning to say.
I'm with you 100%, all Glamour gear should support dyeing at the bare minimum, and I'll go ahead and add that it should also be multipart where possible (stuff like the twins' ARR outfit or the Omega bodysuits I understand, but the rest? It's unacceptable...). In general I don't much care for those outfits for dressing up as NPCs, I prefer it when I can use, say, the gloves or the boots in a glam that's got nothing to do with them... and so the outfits being split into parts, and being able to dye said parts, would go a long way...
I recently got the Amatsu set, for example, and I am thankful I could get itwithout spending real money, but the inability to dye it really limits its usefulness, and similarly I'm one month away from unlocking the Wild Rose set, which also cannot be dyed (and it's especially weird in its case because the other 3 Veteran reward sets can??). Like, c'mon...
