Please make the Placodus more accessible in Ocean fishing

Hello.

The Placodus is really hard to get, here's why:

First, its the only blue fish that requires a mooching for its intuition buff.

You have to get a Rothlyt Mussel HQ, mooch it into a troll fish (not that easy sometimes) that gives you a small buff window to get the Placodus. But then you have to fish another Rothly Musset and pray you have a Placodus bite, which is really rare. The other blue are easier to get because you get at least two clear strait attempt during their intuitions, for the Placodus you are lucky if you get the intuition, let alone a clear shot during that buff. That's a 4 cast affair that really happens rarely in the short spectral duration. That last cast also seems rarer then the other blue fish, but that might only be unlcky RNG.

Secondly, the Placodus is one of the only two blue fishes that has only one window per 22 hours , most of the others have two. The exception is the Seafaring Toad, which is a strait catch after getting the intuition (2 casts affair).

Thirdly, The Placodus window appears to be skipped over every now and then for some reasons. Its often happening that the Rothlyt Sound (Sunset) route is skipped, making the fish unavailable in that 22 hours cycle.

Please address this by making the route more frequent, change the route cycle issue, the bite rate, change the intuition length, the bite probability or any other way you might see fit.
