    Job Quest Pics analyzed

    Anyone else get the feeling you may have to fight the characters shown in the pics to get the Job?

    From the translations the Paladin is says:
    Solkzakil: ".....No, it's just, after watching your sword skills, it reminds me of a man I once knew."
    So did he watch you in combat or did he fight you himself?

    The Bard character says:
    Juantell: "...I just can't.... do it..."
    While saying this he appears ready to fire off an arrow, so perhaps he is calling off the fight so no one is killed.

    Also, from the background you can tell that each Job Quest will start in the city of the corresponding Class.

    Lastly, maybe I'm reaching on this, but both the Paladin and Black Mage characters seem to be making references to what may be a historical figure of there respective Jobs.


    P.S. I wouldn't bother speculating, but seeing as the patch is still 2 weeks away I figure we have time on our hands.

    I'm hoping for a "Maat" type fight for the final step before unlocking the Job.

    Something like:
    1. Go get an item.
    2. Go kill a NM.
    3. Now fight me.
