Not exactly. Ivalice form FFXIV is a version exclusive for FXIV, based on FFTactics. It has no relation with the original FFTactics. The same with Warring triad or Crystal Tower. They are they own thing in the FFXIV world, but based in other FF. It has been stated a lot of times that is not the same Ivalice as Tactis or FFXII.

They are different worls. Ivalice form Tactis is not on Hydaelyn.
