Even that worries me, if stormblood is anything like heavensward then the first raid will be still required to be run in order to gain upgrade materials

The same thing that happens to everything else, it becomes the true endgame... Glamour.
Hopefully, people will actually start ~doing~ that content, so that players like me who've been here for the better part of a year now can finally experience it without having to rely on a generous static that most don't have access to.
Patience level on top of amount of new players that may be doing that content. When it comes to Ozma, it wasn't tough at first, only midway through because you started to get less skilled players doing it with more impatient players joining in.
With the roulette odds are those who will be using it mostly are new players attempting to get content done that have 0 experience with the content on top of possibly 0 experience with their job. That's a huge different from what first happened.
It does get to a point where SE should seriously consider adding in a training room so that Mentor's can invite newer players to help showcase and explain abiliies it would help a lot since it can come off as very hostile if you are in a dungeon and notice a DPS isn't using their AOE when they should be using it.
Having to explain it is already a DPS loss to yourself but then it's made worse if you simplify it.
You could say "In a situation like this where that are at least 4+ mobs it's more efficient to spam your AOE since you will be dealing more DPS as a whole compared to your single target combo" or trying to say "Use your AOE move it does more damage" that's assuming they know the ability which means you have to them look at their job and go "Use Death Blossom it will deal more dmg"
Like the otherday I didn't pay much mind to it til near the end of the dungeon(last boss) but I had started wondering why it felt like the other DPS wasn't keeping up with their damage.
So I take a look at what they're casting and realize, oh no they are using Fire 3 exclusively without Fire for the instant Fire 3 proc, but the dungeon was near completion so there wasn't really any time to explain the nuances of the job to the player to help them play better.
Honestly with making cross-world play easier, SE really should consider creating instances that allows the Leader to setup dummies to showcase abilities and give players a gauge over the range of each ability as well as the potency of said abilities when used.
I personally wouldn't mind helping fellow players if they introduced a location that made it easy to showcase abilities.
I look forward to finally being able to get clears on the crystal tower raids. Haven't been able to even get into them yet.
