If you hit level 50, Samurai will get you though due to its strong Potancy, PVE red mage will keep you alive and can do alot of damage with decent movement for a spell caster.

if not Black mage hits like a truck with summoner/arcanist for the survivablity in PVE.

if your wanting queues to go fast get a friend whos a healer then it dont matter lol.
