    They are friendly, there was a rough patch with the old Nin president and S-E but a lot of time has passed since then, but yeah it's up to both companies and... well they don't collab with games that are on non-Nintendo platforms a lot. It would be The Pokemon Company decision I guess but I think they are part owned by Nintendo so yea.
