Concerning the Tales of Adventure item

So, I need some clarification on exactly what is meant in the item description of the Tales of Adventure items on the Mogstation's page.

My main question is: What does it mean by "You may only purchase one job specific Tales of Adventure item per service account."? Does it mean that I can purchase only one Tales of Adventure item on a service account, regardless of type, or do I read it correctly and that only one of, for instance, Astrologian can be purchased per service account and that the others are still fair game until purchased?

The reason I'm asking, is because I have previously purchased one for Astrologian on one character, and now one of my other characters who mains Monk needs to get leveled.

You can only purchase one per entire account. If you already purchased one before, you can't enter the new one. Maybe one day, but not at the moment.

From what I understand, I think it means exactly what it says - only one per account. You could try the service ticket, from what I've found thus far, you're only allowed one job boost on your account. Until they decide to allow multiple boosts.

I think they were taking about possibly allowing more jump potions for 4.1. They haven't really specifically stated that it will be this patch but I'm expecting it personally. I've used a story skip potion for an alt to get her to SB. She was already level 50 ish and I really didn't want to finish arr and then do hw as well. I've since completed SB and might entertain a role (level) skip at some point.

I bought both job jump and story skip items for my alts and can confirm that it's only one per account.
Though while you can have only one job potion, you still can get 2 story skip books for 2 characters: one to HW (ToA: ARR) and another one to SB (ToA: HW).
