Riding Maps removed! Mount Speed Increase Upgrade 2???

What was once there is no longer.

Hence the title of this thread.

I was at lvl 53. Saw the maps. Decided to go hunting to earn seals to buy them.

Upgraded to Stormblood.

Now there are no seals under the option tab of my hunt bill master in my GC.

I read all of the patch notes, and though it does talk about mount speed for level 1, there is nothing mentioned for level 2 or riding maps.



Hence my confusion.


So how do I get them back?
