[Suggestion] Implement Practice / Test Dummy

Now, I do not like them personally. I can't quite describe the ill-feeling I get when thinking about them but it's more related to a player-mentality they foster rather than the practical benefits they bring for people to prepare for group content.

You don't like fostering the mentality to be the best that you can possibly be?
